Adhesive Lined Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin

Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin with a melt liner or adhesive liner is a high shrink ratio material that allows for fluid containment and sealing of electrical splices and connections. Melt liner polyolefin is an easy way to seal wires , break outs , connector to cable transitions all while still being able to be used in WET applications.

Adhesive Lined Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin Tubing

Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin Tubing

Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin Tubing is designed for a wide range of applications ranging from chemical to heat resistance. Polyolefin Tubing is an inexpensive solution to many problems such as electrical insulation , wire strain relief, cable marking and a protective cover for critical components. Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin is also manufactured to be a Flexible and Flame Retardant Tube. Polyolefin can also be made with a meltable adhesive liner.

HEAT SHRINK POLYOLEFIN  MIL 23053/5

Heat Shrinkable PTFE 4:1

Heat Shrink PTFE Tubing 4:1 is a high temperature TEFLON that has the highest shrink ratio available among the Fluoropolymer’s. Heat Shrink PTFE Tubing offers the ultimate performance with the highest continuous working temperature. PTFE Shrink Tubing’s applications include insulating, terminating, moisture sealing, splicing, and wire bundling.  Colored Heat Shrink PTFE tubing can also be a great visual for coding wires.

Features :
  • Excellent Dielectric Insulation Properties
  • Temperature range up to 500 F
  • Lowest coefficient of friction.
  • Shrinks at 625 F.
  • Reduces Friction

Dual Shrink PTFE / FEP

Heat Shrinkable Dual Wall PTFE FEP Tubing is constructed with an exterior jacket of Heat Shrinkable PTFE and an inner liner of Extruded FEP. Dual Shrink PTFE FEP is designed for use in areas of high temperature, and takes advantage of an FEP inner liner that melts during shrink down. The FEP melt liner creates a seal not available with other Fluoropolymers. When shrinking, the FEP melts and flows while the heat shrink PTFE compresses and contains the material forming a solid mechanical encapsulation.

Dual Wall PTFE FEP or Dual Shrink  is designed to provide a tight, moisture-proof bond over wires, cables, connectors, splices, terminals. Dual Wall material can also be used as an end cap for wires.
